if your on 4.4.1 already its only about 1.7MB, something like 57MB if your not.

Since the update from 4.4.1 t 4.4.2 is only 1.7mb, I guess that means there isn't a new radio firmware in it. And I just flashed CM11 today, lol.

OTAs roll out in a staged process over a couple of weeks. There are manual methods if you want it sooner

a little little help for a newbie trying to sideload 4.4.2 downloaded SDK on my windows7 does not recognize my nexus 5

I applied this, but I think it killed root access for me... not a big deal, but thought I'd mention it

That means that your drivers aren't set up correctly. You'll want to download and install the LG adb/fastboot drivers and then your device should be seen.

As far as I know any update will brake root.

Hi, I'm a no0b in all this. I rooted my phone a few days ago using CF-Auto-Root. Will I still get OTA updates? I still havent received 4.4.1 so I assume no?

If all you did is root yes.

Gave it a try this morning too. Was surprised data worked with sprint. Many are having issues

No offense and not to get off topic, but you're with Sprint and your a mod on here? That is by far the worst US carrier. I'm shocked.

I'd argue there are much worse carriers, but that's for another time.
