Help 4 Gb system data after hard reset

Hi,
My girlfriend has an LG mini 2. Her system data is taking up a LOT of space so I did a hard reset.

After the hard reset, system data are still 4.15 Gb.

Does anybody know how to free up more space? She can only install 2 apps right now before her memory is full.

Hi

4Gb sounds about right for the android system. But, the phone has 8 Gb internal storage so there should be 3.5Gb ish left. There is an app called storage truth written by one of our moderators which may help get to the bottom of it. Could you install the app and post the results back here? (Its a very small app)
