    All of a sudden my s5 keeps saying 403 forbidden when I try to search for something under the 403 I see the word nginx and nothing else. Please help to fix

    Probably the website you were trying to visit was having issues on their end. There would be nothing you could do about it except wait for them to fix it.

    Nginx is a web server. Kind of like Apache. 403 forbidden means they have some incorrect chmod (access) permissions or they intentionally are forbidding anybody from viewing the website. It's nothing on your side. Nothing you can do to fix it. Check back every couple of hours and it'll probably be back.
