Where did you get the sim card from? Brand new? Taken from your old phone?

Mines been spinning for almost an hour now. It's a brand new sim card(new 4g line), preinstalled by Verizon. Instructions provided says it should take approximately 20 mins.

Also spinning for an hour, also had a pre-punched out, pre-installed SIM card.

Mine was doing the same thing when I received it yesterday so I shut it down and called tech support. He "force fed the sim card information" and I was activated in 5 minutes.
Good luck! It's a great phone so far!

Shat 'er down - called tech support.

    Tried again, it worked.

Note: During the faulty activation, 3G was in the corner.
The 2nd time, it was replaced with 4G.

I was in the store and mine took forever. Finally got a manager that took it in the back. When she came out it activated about five minutes later.
