I've applied the leak - it's nothing really earth shattering, but since I'm on a whole different ROM, it's nice to know that it doesn't break any ROMs based upon .902.

I'm not in a 4G area, but I traveled to one on Tuesday. Ever since then my data has been acting relatively stupid, dropping on me randomly. I'm not sure what is going on, but....I'm researching it.
Well, you have to be rooted to be on a ROM, so yes to both

I'm in one of the original 4g areas but am curious as to how you guys know when you go in and out of a 4g area? Are you just guessing?

I first saw the LEAK story on the public "MOTOROLA FORUMS" days ago and the story (which has a link to the leak download) are still there. THEY HAVEN'T REMOVED IT.
