    For Professionals:
    1. Adobe Premiere Pro

You may have heard about it as it is the best Video Editing Software available for Windows. Beginners can edit videos in Adobe Premiere Pro, but to use every feature you have to be a professional. It has a friendly user interface and it is full of features. Everything is well organized which helps to prevent time consumption. In Adobe premiere pro you will get every feature from low end to high end. As it comes with lots of features it also has a price for it, means it is not free. It comes with various plans and price so that you can choose according to your uses. You can also take free Trial to know how good it is.

    2. Sony VEGAS Pro
Sony Vegas Pro is one of the best Video editing software available for Windows. It has a lot of creative effects that I love about Sony vega pro. It also has a Friendly user interface and everything is placed perfectly. Sony Vegas Pro gives full control over Audio editing where you can edit audio frame by frame. There are three versions available as VEGAS pro edit, VEGAS Pro, VEGAS pro suit. The pricings are $399, $599 and $799 respectively. You have to pay only one time. You can also upgrade your plan whenever you want by paying an extra amount of money.

    3. Avid Media Composer | First
It is a free version of Avid Media Composer editing software. It is not powerful editing software like Avid Media Composer but it gives most of the feature for free that most of the user needs. You need to do practice to get used to it. If you want to be a professional try this one as a ladder. The good thing about it is that it is free which will help most of the editor to become a professional. I suggest Avid Media Composer if you don’t want to spend money and to learn to be a professional – Best Video Editing Software.

    4. Filmora
Filmora is very simple and User-friendly Best Video Editing Software. I recommend Filmora for beginners as it already helped many beginners as I have seen. It comes for free but with the restricted feature (like effects, transitions etc.), If you want to edit normal videos I will suggest to use it. Filmora will help you to save a lot of time. It has a large set of effects, animations, Filters, music, etc.

    5. Windows Movie Maker
I suggest it for all the beginners those who have just started to do editing. It is available for free and used for simple Video editing. The drag and drop feature makes it easy to use and clean interface. It has features like Animations, effects, transitions, text credits etc. You can also edit basic audio tracks. New effects and transitions can be made and existing ones can be modified using XML code.

Is this for Android phones? Cuz i can't seem to find windows movie Maker on my phone.
If the apps you're suggesting are for computers only, then you might wanna post this on a pc related forum, being that this forum is for Android phones.
