5 of the best underrated Android phones

Looking for a new phone and don't care what's mainstream? Android Authority has a list of the five best underrated Android phones, which include the Vivo V5 Plus, Xiaomi Mi Note 2, HTC 10, Meizu Pro 6 Plus, and the Lenovo P2.

It's not a carrier-specific list.

If you limit yourself to phones currently available on one particular carrier you make the article irrelevant to the majority of your readers (I know that VZW is the biggest US carrier, but that's still a minority of the US never mind the global readership).

I presume Android Authority is NOT in the United States, if their "best" phones are things like Vivo, Meizu and Xiaomi. I don't think that any of those are compatible with North American 4G/LTE bands and modes.

If you're on Verizon, you maybe limited to Moto Droid, certain HTC, Samsung and Apple iPhone isn't it? CDMA bites again!

That Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is one gorgeous hardware especially in black. Would get one but I'm not too much a fan of Xiaomi's software but its still looks like a great phone. And HTC 10 is the most underrated phone of 2016 outside of tech circles.
