These are prepaid refill pins. I don't believe there's any way to apply them to postpaid accounts.

Yes, they will start the new additional account at $55 a month. They really should give discounts for add on accounts. I guess that's one of the benefits of contract accounts. I suggest that you start the new account using a $25 referral code. If you didn't receive one you can use mine (127274710605) received on 4/26/13 with 2 activations left.
