554 Relay rejected for policy reasons


I'm setting up my company email account. I only need to download/read messages from this account. I do not need send messages under this account.

The "checking incoming server settings" procedure is ok. The issue is on "Checking outgoing server setting". I got "Setup could not finish - Unable to open connection to server"

Using Windows Live Mail at home I got "The message could not be sent... 554 Relay rejected for policy reasons" if I try to send messages, but I have access to my incoming messages.

Any advice???
