**66blahblah Reprogram. Please educate me

You may have seen me post about losing FooGee. I lost it again around 1 PM and drove about 2 miles to the nearest Metro Auth dealer. I checked before I got out of the car there, no FooGee. Went inside and his S3 was fine.

(I tried to look and search here for this, I think I've seen something about it but I sure couldn't find anything. Especially since I apparently don't know the official term.)

He did a keypad reprogram with a sequence of **66(I thinkj)then more numbers.

My Motion is back to normal. He did say we were getting 6 new towers near here for whatever that is worth. He WAS NOT the employee who wanted to bother to show a customer the magic handshake he'd just made with the phone.

What did he do? What's it's called so I can find out about it?

I know he didn't do anything to find my service code for Those hidden menus but I finally found the part about the network reprogram. I'm pretty sure that's what he did.

Yes, I was.

He may likely have know the 5 series generic Metro code for the network program but he didn't do anything app wise to find MY service number.
