if it is for existing customers you can take your reciept and get back your 100 dollars. i bought my hero in the best buy RZ presale and when it dropped in price i got my money back. as long as you are withing the initial 30 days, you should be fine for a refund.
just spoke with a rep in the mobile dept. he said the price is "online only". is this the case with you all as well?
Corporate says "Online offer only due to contracts between Bestbuy Online and the service providers".

thanks guys, i got one a couple weeks ago for my GF at the $99 price. i will be going in to collect the difference today. i would never have known if it wasn't for these boards.
i didnt, but in the end you are going to have to go into the store and get the refund yourself. you can always aregue the fact that you got it a week ago and you would have purchased it online if you had known. being its within the 30 days of you buying the phone, they should refund the difference.
My question is, did u buy your phone thru bestbuy online or in the store? I bought mine in store as an upgrade for 179. This 69 price is for bestbuy online only from what I'm told.

In Oct. I got two heros for 179.00. When they went to 129.00. I got money back then three weeks ago I returned my phone for a new one. With a new thirty days. So I'm getting my money. Tonight.

yes, within 30 days. you will have to return/refund. BB has a better insurance plan too.
