7 plus to G6

I just picked up the G6 today. Had the iPhone 7 Plus before this. I love the form factor of the LG and the fact that i am getting a larger screen in a smaller form factor is a plus. I do notice some lag from the time I tap something until it responds, is this normal?

Yes it does lag just a little but it's still a great phone.

You can try to make it a bit more faster, all you have to do is enable developer options from settings and then in developer options under drawing section change the value of three animation scale to .5x (picture attached). Also can check this video for details

The only time I notice ANY lag is with dodgy network connections, usually that gray area between WiFi and LTE. If it's just running a local app then it's always been instantly responsive.

Where exactly are you seeing lag?

Thanks Luni. I had my Wi-Fi off on my LG G6. Burning up mobile data.

Keep WiFi and 4G on folks... Unless you know where the Wi-Fi doesn't work.

I keep WiFi on all the time and haven't noticed any significant power drain. Of course, I'm near good solid WiFi connections 80% of the time.

The recent update has ironed out some of the lag and increased the battery efficiency somewhat. What software version are you on?
