8.9 tab with Ice cream sandwich OS ??

I want to buy a galaxy tab and I like 8.9 inch but I found that it have the oldest OS version Honeycomb android 3.0

I like so much Ice cream sandwich features

how can I get tab 8.9 with ICS OS ????

I heard I can upgrade it but only in UK but I am in Egypt what will I do ?!!
