If they're apk (Android Package) files on your computer, just drag them to the phone like any file. If you're talking about Windows games, they're not going to work on your phone. It's like putting diving planes on your car and expecting it to be a submarine. You can probably find some Windows games that don't take too much power, speed and memory in a form that will run on the phone, but it's written in a totally different programming language to run in a totally different environment. You can't just "move" a computer game to a phone and have it run.
