A/C Pro Air Conditioner Recharge

At the end of last summer my air conditioner was taking forever to cool. I turned it on a few weeks ago and the cool had gone.

I was thinking about when I could get it to a garage and how much it would cost when I saw a commercial on TV for A/C Pro and decided what the heck. I'll try it. Went to AC Pro's site to look up the location of my low pressure service port. Watched their youtube video. Bought a can at Walmart for $35. Took 15 minutes to recharge and now my air is as cool as the day I bought the car. I was thrilled. :D

I checked out some others but A/C Pro's quality, and reviews, was the reason I paid a little more money for theirs. No, I'm not a salesman. Just a friendly heads up for other members who may need cooler air. :)

I own a set of gauges, tells me the high and low pressure of the system, if you have a leak it is a must have tool. I do most of my own recharging it really isn't too difficult.
One thing to watch for is a leak if you notice it losing its cool again (no pun intended) you may want to find a set of gauges or a shop.

The car is 12 years old. If it makes it another 12 years before I have to recharge it I'll be happy. If it makes it another 12 years it will probably outlive me. :D

I really hope not, I think another 12 years will just liven you up more.
