Help a few issues

hi all:
had the note 3 just got note 4 on 10/27

issue one and a big one for me. in note 3 you can go to a photo hit edit and while holding stylus button in make a dotted white line around something to remove it and then save it in clip board to add to another image. IE cut your friends face out and impose it on a 40 year old virgin promo picture.

Well the note 4 wont give me that option. Is that option gone please help.


issue two I use handset/swipe for texting. in the note 3 if I hit the mic icon I could speak to text
on the note 4 when I hit the mic icon nothing happens.

1.Open the picture you want to mess with

2. Hold S Pen above pic and press S button and select image clip

3. you'll be familiar from there on......

On the mic issue go to settings and choose Language & Input. Select the "gear" icon next to the highlighted keyboard that is in use and make sure your mic is checked to show up on your keyboard.

on pic that is not the way im looking for. in the note 3 I was able to not use the half moon menu but just press s button when close to pic, outline it then hit a check mark in upper right corner then save in clipboard then paste on new pic.

regarding the mic. it is present on keyboard just doesn't do anything when pressed or even help down.

still no answers on the issues I have. Went to Verizon store and they have no idea either. to restate
issue 1 mic icon is present in hanset mode but will not egage when pressed. the mic is turned on in settings though.

issue 2 the stylus wont just cut and paste like my note 3 did. Note 3 didn't have to use the pop up menu features.
