A large file has appeared

Hi a large file has appeared in my storage area and it is taking up a lot of space, am getting low space messages even though i have an additional memory card. The file has this name
com.googl...e. 01fxYT.

I dont know if i can delete this file or move it to memory card.
Your Thoughts would be appreciated.

Additional memory cards are irrelevant to the low space warning. That only refers to internal storage.

Can you post the full file name, without ellipses? And how large is this file, and where in your filesystem is it? It's not something I recognise, and is probably deletable, but if it possible to get more information I'd like to check that before making any recommendations.
