Hi, I am trying to send 150 messages in a go. On the 101st message android starts popping up a warning dialog saying that "A large number of messages are being sent". If I press OK, message will be sent, but if I don't do anything, nothing will be done. Has anyone ever found a way to get around this issue? It is a big hassle pressing the OK 50 times. Thanks.

The reason this happens is because of people trying to do this on purpose to text bomb their friends. This bogs down the cell networks, so android tells you this to prevent you from doing it.

Try sending your message to say 50 people at once, instead of everyone.

I'm stupid (and) curious... where is the need for 150 messages at one time?

i am developing an sms application which has a message blast feature to all enrolled members. if i send a message to a maximum of 50 recipients I guess I's still have a problem because the flag will be updated after an hour or so (googled it..)
