Root A little help please

I have rooted my evo with unrevolked and i downloaded the wifi tethering app. I start it and my Mac seeing it but when I click on it and start the process my macbook never connects was wondering if Macs are just not compatible.

Dunno about the mac issue but if you downloaded the wifi tether app from the market, you might try this version...
