Root Abd file isnt being found

You have to change directories to the place where they are located. In command prompt, it will usually start you out in the directory "C:\users\yourname"...you have to type in "cd C:\android\platform-tools", and then use adb. If your adb files are not located at C:\android\platform-tools,then change the command to point it in the right direction.
