About->Battery use doesn't show apps.

    On my HTC sensation under "About" "Battery use" I only see "Display, "Wi-fi", "Cell-standby", and "Phone Idle" it doesn't display any apps, but I think it used to. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm sure there used to be a place where I could see the CPU seconds used by every application. Do you know where I can find this? Thanks.
