Access an USB Cam and set some Settings?

I got this: https://www.delock.de/produkte/S_96371/merkmale.html Camera who use an OM5640 Chipset. The Camera have NO IR Filter so IR Light pass truth.
I got an Optical Filter who Filter the Optical Light out and just let the IR Light pass to make IR Images.
Yes Ladys it reveal some secrets *gg*.
Does anyone know a Software who allow me to change on the Chipset the maximum resolution and change other Settings?

I don't know specifically, but if you search the app store for "OTG camera" you will find apps that let you stream from an external USB camera. I've been meaning to add such a feature to my Night Vision app, but it's a lot more complicated than I'd prefer it to be.
