Our HTC M9 took a swim. After the incident, the phone screen worked however the touch screen stopped. After time, the screen stopped working. I can see the back light come on, however, it would not show anything. We know it works because, at the scheduled time, the alarm will sound.
I did not enable USB Debugging before the phone failed. I need to know if there is any way to access the saved data, such as photos and videos, through a PC. Because USB Debugging was not enabled, I am running the issue with accessing the device. I don’t want to have the someone replace the screen since we plan on not saving the phone.
