Accessing Download Screen

I have done a few different searches though I cannot find any tips. How do you access the download screen on the phone. You know, the black screen that shows what you have downloaded or are currently downloading?

I have Installed Astro which works great but I cannot seem to find a way to access this screen on my phone.

Well, you can't use Astro to access the download screen on the browser. However, you can use Astro to access the download folder on the SD card.
