Thanks for the vid man! Looks like getting a screen protector is waste of time and money. The Eris screen looks rock solid! I just got my Eris yesterday and was worried of getting the screen scratched!

I have this, love it.

I just got mine today. Overall, I love it, but it appears that the front edges are going to be worn down from sliding in and out of the holster. I've only put it in and out a few times and I can already see the wear pattern starting...

I like the looks of this much better than the universal mount that I bought.

I bought one of these, was easy to install. was a little worried at first as it was kinda crappy looking, but after a day or 2 it was crystal clear, no interference with the touch screen or anything.

The Eris with a hard snap on case is the same size as the touch pro 2 . Haicom makes a car mount for the hero which is the same size as a naked Eris .

I got a similar universal car mount like the ones that have been posted. It's from Bracketron and got it at Radio Shack. I paid $20 for it and I'm pretty happy with it. You can place it on the vent or dashboard.

I havent managed to cause any damage to my phone yet in 4 months which my wife pointed out is bordering on a record. I'm a mechanic and am notoriously hard on equipment(first name basis w/ experion kinda hard) and so far, this case keeps mine accessible, protected but out of the way. The only complaint is as my spare tire is developing, the belt clip tends to remind me of my expanding overhang by pinching the hell out of it when i sit down

I have this case, only in blue. Great. It adds just a little more thickness and makes it easier for me to handle. The eris itself is just a little too thin for my hands.
