Went to see if my s4 needed an update...so happened that it did but I accidentally canceled it and now when I go back to software update it's saying "your device is up to date"...puzzling me after I said there was an update. ..somebody please help...will I still get back the chance to update?

    Hello and welcome andy575.:)

That's a bit of a strange one, usually it continues to pop up offering you the update in notifications. Try Kies via the PC and see if it is there.

Just to add to ironass' post if you do update via Odin you will preserve all your settings etc flashing the firmware in his link above. This is because it is the update to your phone and CSC code.
