Root Accidently un-rooted And no problems trying to root back

i accidently un-rooted my x10 using z4root but now when i go to root my phone back with z4root it just gets to aquring root shell and then shuts off my phone and reboots it self but i check in busy box and it says its not rooted can somebody help me thanks

What happens when you click on install when you run busybox?

Busybox says: your phone is not rooted this application will not work
