ace 2 i8160 charge time !!

i jst bought a new phone it's the ace 2 , but i have a problem with charge .... the problem is the charge time is 3 hours !!! from 10% to 100% !!!
but i noticed that it charge quickly to 99% but last 1 houre from 99% to 100%
is that normal or not. because i bought it from the official sponsor just for avoiding problem and nowi had this issue !!
please acan anyone tell me if that's normal or not ??!!

When you say it takes an hour to go from 99% to 100% may I ask, are you using the phone at all?

I still don't think it should take that long, however when I charge mine it can go to 100% but will still show as charging and wont show the full status icon right away but it does show after a few mins.

What confuses me is how mine can drop from 100% full battery to 95% in such a short space of time.
