Nice vids ,after seeing these went to apps and did a little experimenting of my own ..it seems you can DISABLE any app - from APPS > ALL tab - that comes with your phone ,like google maps ,google earth ,wallet ,google mail [not gmail] ,so essentially everything you do not use you can disable and the system does not start/show/run them at startup and you can feel the phone being snappier :)

P.S. : You could do a reboot for changes to take effect through the entire system ;)

P.P.S : [forgot to add..] BE SURE OF WHAT YOU DISABLE !!for ex: if you disable dialer ,you won't be able to make/receive calls !!
