    I'm having trouble activating my phone. I received a replacement phone, when I try to activate it online it says whoops something went wrong. When I do it from my phone it says I may need to update my profile when I try to update the profile it doesn't let me. I only see 1x on the phone. It says I need to be in a coverage area I live in Anaheim California and I had 3g and 4g coverage everywhere but on this phone I only see 1x.

    Have you tried calling Virgin Mobile yet?

    if its still not right after VM people promise u the world on the phone, try to go to a boost mobile store and see if they will help you.
