Active Notifications lag fix

Has everyone checked out the Play Store in went to "My Apps" to update the active display app? Its supposed to fix the delay when unlocking now. Seems to have worked on mine so far!

The lag wasn't consistent, but good to see this fix.

However, now I'm able to see my lockscreen for a few moments after unlocking with the active display.

I know it wasn't consistent. But it was obviously enough of an issue that they got a fix out fairly fast. And that was something that i noticed before also, but haven't since this update. Fingers crossed.

When you get a chance, try restarting the phone. I hear that they also changed the boot animation with this update.

The new boot ani is definitely there. But i'm pretty sure that this wasn't because of the update. It was actually in the system files to automatically change on 12/9

The thing that is frustrating for me is that I never had any lag until this update.

So now instead of a dark screen for a couple of seconds, I have the lock screen for a couple of seconds. Not much of a fix.
