Support Activesync Contact disappearing

    This is really really weird problem.

    I have my email, calendar, and contacts set up through activesync exchange. So when you add someone from your phone, it gets pushed to your outlook as well as vice versa.

    I've been adding this one contact on my phone for the last few times, and after few days his contact simply disappears.

    I've tried adding his contact both on the phone as well as on Outlook, and when he calls, his name would show, but after few days, it stops showing the name but just the number, and when i go back to my contact, he's no longer listed there.

    I know this sounds really weird, but does anyone know what's going on?

    Nothing comes to mind. Are you using the stock mail app for EAS, or Touchdown?

    I'm stumped for the moment. I haven't had that happen on either of my phones.

    I am stumped as well. Out of 400+ contacts that I have, that contact is the only contact that is disappearing every single time!

    I also have contacts disappearing - at least a dozen so far. I'm syncing with Exchange 2003. All the contacts that have disappeared have been in my address book for a long time.
