what device do you have? what is wrong with it? how do you know your device is not recognized? error? nothing happens after connected? have you tried different cables? maybe a different pc? are you sure you have the command path correct?

just remember the more details you give us, the better we can help.

Check your USB cable is OK for data, also check you've got the right drivers(if needed) installed for your whatever it is phone or tablet.

i've been used 2 usb cable, one of them is fine before but now my device not recognized in pc. my phone is Lenovo Z5s, with custom rom (corvus 13) unlocked bootloader

again.......how is it not recognized? when you type "adb device" or "fastboot device", what is the response? and are you sure you are using the correct path for the commands? you need to open the command window where your adb and fastboot files are kept in.
