It is possible to add thousands of words as a simple .doc file to Microsoft word so that when typing the correction will automatically find them. I have added a .doc file full of medical words to Microsoft word so that when writing the medical articles I will not have any typos. My question is that is it possible to add about 5000 medical words to the current android keyboard dictionary without adding them one by one. Currently I use multiling, swype and Google keyboard but the issue is that I can only add words to their dictionary one by one.

I don't have the same issue, but that is a great idea!

I don't know how responsive some of the keyboard manufacturers are, but I bet if you got a hold of the big three (SwiftKey, Google and Swype) one of them will look into in a serious manner.
