Trying to play an Ecard I got for my birthday and it says that adobe flash player is required so I d/l'd it and still nothing. Powered down and up again, still same error. Suggestions?

I also have issues playing certain racing games like raging thunder 2 (paid) (won't load) wondering if this may be related

    Thanks in advance

    Ecard is from jib jab.com

What phone do you have and what OS. What do you mean by you downloaded flash? From the Play Store or from adobe site? Because the one from Adobe site won't work on Android phones.

it's a 1 week old htc 4g lte. When I read the error message it said "click here" to get flash,....took me to the play store. I d/l'd it and still get the message.

I'm assuming you are on ICS, since HTC model names are different in the US than in other countries. Adobe doesn't support ICS anymore, because they stopped making flash for mobiles before ICS was released. You could try running the site in desktop view but not sure if it would help.

It says "installed", is there something additional I have to do to get it operating?

Just a shot in the dark but have you installed Adobe AIR? I've run across a few apps that needed it in addition to Flash.
