    My phone: LG G Stylo
    Carrier: MetroPCS
    Android version: Marshmallow 6.0
    Rooted

My question is what happens to the SD card that has been formatted as Adoptable Storage if your phone is rooted and you flash a new ROM.

Does it stay as Adoptable Storage or does it need to be reformatted as such?
What happens to the data? Does it stay on the card or does it get wiped?
What happens if you do a nandroid restore?

(LG disabled Adoptable Storage but on my phone it can easily be enabled)

This doesn't pertain to my phone necessarily but for Android marshmallow in general
