Ads, News, and Videos pop up when swiping bottom right screen

I have just noticed that when i swipe up or from the right on the bottom row of fixed apps the screen goes dark and a small box in the left corner full of ads appears along with a column of videos on the right hand side. How do i get rid? How did it appear? I have a feeling its started with the last software update but not 100% sure with that.

I think I have solved it. Samsung internet app had 4 new things. One of them was the swipe shortcuts. Disabled it and all seems ok so far.

I lied! Hasnt worked, still have the same problem.

Found it! Its an app called Home Goods (I believe). Its green with a Home icon. Seems to be already installed in the phone.
