So obviously we do not have an advanced power menu mod, I've been looking at a few other mods that are close to ours, & from what I can tell the android.policy & extract the classes.dex then baskmali it, then edit the global files ? Is this right before I pursue it, or should this be done another way ? Sure would be nice to have recovery/boot loader on the power menu.

Yeah I believe there is some guides for the epic 4g touch for adding recovery and download mode to the power menu. It should be to difficult! I did it on the triumph and it was fairly easy.

I would use rujelus's aio script to decompile the framework jars. It seems to work good for the epic 4g touch!
