Samsung updates the Android software on my phone this afternoon. Now I get the message from Samsung that the phone can not be recognized by my computer (Windows 7 SP1). A link is provided where I can allegedly download an updated driver or version of "Windows Media Player 10 or higher". I'm using WMP v 10 already. The driver recommended by Samsung brings the message that it works only with Windows XP. How can I roll back that update?

Install or update Samsung Smart Switch, it will install the drivers needed to communicate with any supported Samsung device.
