After factory reset can't connect to wifi

I did a factory reset on my Verizon HTC One to hopefully fix a problem with my camera which was unable to open. After the reset, restore and adding some of my old apps I tried to connect with my home wifi network. It sees the network and asks for my password which I assume is my router password. When I enter it I receive the message unable to connect due to incorrect password. I know the password is correct because I use it to log into my router. The router is a Verizon (Actiontec) M1424WR with WEP encryption. I have powered down the phone as well as router. I really need to resolve this because I'm very dependent on using my network rather than my data plan. Thanks for any assistance you can give.

I figured it out. It wants the WEP key and not the router password although it asks for password.
