Yesterday i have updated my Galaxy Note 3 to Android 4.4, no issues while update. But i couldn't see all the listed features of Android Kitkat 4.4, mainly Google caller id, Immersive Display, Unlimited Home Screen Panels, Full-Screen Album And Movie Art Combined With Controls etc.

    Version 4.4.2
    Build : ...XXUNDNA6

Welcome to the forums parthinote3. I don't know about the rest of those features but the Immersive mode is designed for devices with no physical buttons unlike the Note 3 which has 3 on the botton bezel. You don't need Immersive mode unless all you have are on screen buttons. Also to take advantage of that feature developers would have to code it into their apps

I did not update so that I could still have the App Ops Starter application. After update this vanishes and can not be installed. Privacy is nice. With each new update you lose privacy

Google caller ID comes with the Google dialer. Which I'm almost sure this update doesn't have.

I happen to know this because I played with the dialer while I owned a Nexus 5. Replacing the Google dialer with one from an AOSP build resulted in losing the caller ID feature.

Which brings us to the present. I recently rooted my T Mobile Note 3 and flashed a Touchwiz Kitkat rom. A quick check revealed that the dialer is the Samsung one. A few calls later revealed that the feature did not appear to be integrated with the Samsung dialer. Therefore making the feature a Google feature only. Bummer. :(

Not at present. The OTA update has rolled out to some international users only, at this time.
