After manual update Market downloads are not there!

I just did a manual update, after the update, my market apps arent there!
this is a phone i got because my charging port stopped working...
the last time i did the manual update it populated my market downloads.
this time its not!
anyone know how to fix this?

you did log into your right gmail acct when you activated the phone right?

(im sure you did, just have to ask)

yes i did.
what im gonna try to do is log out the log in.
anyone else have a solution or even heard of this?
i have 50 apps!!!
that could take an eternity to find, download and install uh!!
