    My phone just updated itself.

For awhile my yahoo mail would not update. Now it does.

My big problem is that my pictures and music are gone. It appears that it is not reading my sd card.
Any suggestions to fix this? Thanks.

Did you do a Restart (hold down the power button, tap Restart and not Power off)? If that didn't help, did you pull the battery, pull the SD, install the SD, install the battery, and power up? Can you read the SD on any other machine (laptop, PC)?

I tried all of those things with no result. My Yahoo mail is not updating again too. I plugged into my computer and it says there is no disk.

It is still using one of my pictures for the wallpaper, so I'm hoping my pictures/videos/music are in that phone somewhere.

What about accessing the SD directly from laptop or desktop system? It should be readable directly.

When you connect the DINC2 via a USB cable, be sure to use Disk drive mode. You will probably see two drives show up. The first is the VZW "CD-ROM" - do not run its contents or you'll be plagued with VZW bloatware on the laptop. The second drive will be the SD's contents.

I was able to find my pictures. Still won't work on the phone. Just realized that my alarm on my phone won't even set. May have to take it in. Thanks for the tip on the disk mode.
