Support after watching a movie - how much will your battery drop?

    i am curious where i stand

    my 2 month old Galaxy Tab S2 goes from 100% to 66% after 3 hours (its been like this for all films / use .. )

    not too happy about it ..

    what about you?

    its a good benchmark to do now and then .. screen shot attached .. get Battery Log app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=kr.hwangti.batterylog

    That's 10hrs of screen time for a tablet work such high resolution. Depending on what's running on the background, seems ok.

    I think that 1/3 drop in your battery's capacity is actually pretty good. Watching video content for three hours means your Tab had not just the screen on for an extended amount of time but also its GPU was working pretty hard (if those were average definition videos) to really hard (if they were high definition). The screen and graphics processor are two components that are generally pretty taxing on a battery even for just casual usage.

    Which should give you about 9 hours of continuous movie watching in total. Seems OK to me.

    Looks pretty good to me though.
