Ainol doesn't fully refund

Hello everyone,

This message to warn the brand Ainol Novo (which sells on its website ainol-novo.com) practice quite fraudulent refunding conditions.
Their terms can't be seen anywhere on their website so far, even less when buying. If you are unsatisfied, they hold 20% of the amount paid, refunding only 80% of your purchase. I wouldn't have guessed Ebay sellers would treat their customers better ...
I bought the tablet Ainol Novo Hero II, instead of version I they're not producing anymore, and - by the way - I strongly recommend not to (bad autonomy, no bluetooth, not that fast).

Have a nice day!
