Help Airplane Mode

I've had my intercept for a couple of weeks now and I am actually pleased with it for the most part. But why does this darn phone keep going into "airplane mode" on it's own? Is there a way to stop it from going into airplane mode all the time? When I go to turn airplane mode off it doesn't work and I have to keep turning the phone on and off and I'm missing texts and calls because of it. Is there a way to stop it?
