After updating to 4.4.2, my alarm clock does not work occasionally. It already failed to wake me up for work for a few days last two week. I have contacted T- mobile and they told me to restore the phone, I did that but it only works for 2 days before the same thing happens again.
What I realize is that after the update, when I wake the phone up, the time on the screen is not updated. I tried 3nd party alarm like (Alarm clock ultra) but it has the same problem. I really run out of idea on what is going wrong, so I try to seek help in this forum.
