Help Alarm clock/mediadock problem

Well, this is a new one....I docked the Droid X to the media dock (Motorola) and tried the alarm clock for the first time. The alarm went off at he right time but only vibrated AND would not turn off. I undocked it andwent to the alarm clock setting and still could not stop the vibrating. I had to turn the phone off and then turn it back on. The vibrating alarm was off but the screens kept locking up and lagging when scrolling. He phone locked up for about 2 minutes then seemed better. However, now the lights on the physical buttons won't light anymore and scrolling seems to be choppy and stuttering.

Anyone here of this? Any suggestions for getting the buttons lit again or the scrolling smoother again?
