Alcatel Fierce has been erased by rogue app...

I recently downloaded a recovery app named TWRP that had erased my ANdroid OS from the system partition!!??!!

I would like to know how I may reflash a stock Alcatel 5054N ROM(and where to find said stock ROM??)to my smartphone without having to take it to a local cell phone doctor??
