    Hello!

Yesterday, I flashed CM 7 RC1, went to the Market, and downloaded Titanium Backup to reinstall my apps and data. Strangely, it would not open. Next, I downloaded a few more apps from the Market, all of them force closed when I attempted to open them. Apps included with the rom like settings, ROM Manager, ect., were able to open. So, my question is why is this happening? Luckily I made a nandroid backup before flashing, so I am back on the stock rom. If it matters, I am on Clockwork Recovery 3.0.0.5

I did. Everything seems to be working now. I just fixed the permissions. However, my home button stopped working. Any remedies?

Nope, I came from the stock rom. I tried reflashing one more time, and the same stuff happened. I'm back to the stock rom again.

do the following in a terminal emulator:

    su
    df

There should be a something that has mtdblock6 (it may b /block/mtdblock6, but I forget if that is the correct path). What percent of it is used?

EDIT: Just saw that you flashed back. Anyway, the problem is that /data/data (which is mtdblock6) gets too full, and apps then start FC because no one can write any more data to it and the system throws a fit.
